Abby and Jon’s Cairnwood Estate Wedding

From the photographer: Abby and Jon met the first week of dental school at the University of Pennsylvania. Through the happenstance of their last names being next to each other alphabetically, they were seated next to one another. Jon proceeded to make Abby laugh the entirety of their first year of school. They decided to finally give the relationship a go towards the end of the year and they haven’t looked back. As they fell in love, they rescued an adorable shih tzu and bichon mix they named Iggy. He is the star of their world and they have an Instagram dedicated to him. They were able to bring him to their wedding and it might have been their collective highlight.

Abby was inspired by the stunning Cairnwood Estate. She chose a classic color palette and used textural greens to offset. But mostly, they let the venue shine.

They also brought in Mom-moms food truck to make incredible pirogies for their guests, as well as Iggy stamped “doggy bags” to take home some Beiler’s donuts. A shared love of theirs when they lived in Philadelphia.
