From the planner: Kate and Adam’s journey to their wedding was anything but traditional! With their original plans for a large reception being dashed by Covid-19, their mantra was “It’s okay – we just want to be married!” From emergency trips to out of county courthouses to obtain a marriage license to changing wedding dates several times, Kate and Adam were a true team throughout the whole process. They decided to be married in the beautiful courtyard at HollyHedge on their original date with immediate family and their dog, Levi, as witnesses on a perfect May evening. There was not a dry eye in the house (including the vendors!), as they exchanged their heartfelt vows. After the ceremony, a champagne toast and surprise cake added a sweet touch to a perfect evening.
