Like many other couples across the globe, Kylie and Dylan had been planning their wedding during the pandemic and ultimately had to pivot in a new direction. In turn, the couple decided to host a summer soiree in the front yard of their home with the help of their planner, Alexis from Shayla Hawkins Events.
Opting to host their wedding at home ended up being even better than the couple thought possible. Surrounded by their family and friends, Kylie and Dylan said their vows to each other under a 7500 sq foot tent outfitted with an array of floral arrangements, elegant seating and decor, and a custom bar. Utilizing the tent for both the ceremony and reception, Mocha Rose Floral Design created potted arches that served as the ceremony backdrop and then as the head table decor.
Kylie’s Rosa Clará gown was the perfect style for their early summer wedding, now at their home, complimenting the groom’s blue suit which looked impeccable together in their outdoor portraits. Encompassing the whimsical and romantic theme of the day.
It’s never fun having to change from the original plans but in this case, we couldn’t agree more that Kylie and Dylan made the right choice for their wedding day.
