Bill Laughlin, Banquet Manager. Bill has worked at LeMont for 44 years - he is the most senior tenured associate at the restaurant. He started as a busboy and has worked as a Waiter, Banquet Waiter, Captain and Banquet Manager. His favorite entree is Steak Diane - which is prepared tableside for LeMont customers. Tony Fratangelo, Assistant Banquet Manager, has worked at LeMont for 41 years. He started as a busboy, then a Banquet Waiter, an Ala Carte Waiter and a Captain. His favorite menu items at LeMont are bone-in-ribeye, lobster flatbread and rack-of-lamb.

Tom Z, as everyone knows him, is best known for his beaming smile and his extraordinary customer service. For 40 years (1983), he’s been on LeMont’s Team starting as a Dishwasher, Pot Washer, Bus Boy, Banquet Server, Bartender, Ala Carte Server and, currently, LeMont’s Management Team.

Executive Chef

Executive Chef Michael Campbell joined LeMont in June 2023. Chef Mike was born and raised in the Pittsburgh area and he and his family are currently living in Plum. They have lived all over the country: Boston, New York, New Jersey and Florida.
