Megan and Ethan’s celebration was held at Megan’s childhood home, a dairy farm in the quaint little town of Honey Brook Pennsylvania. Southeastern PA has some rich Amish and Mennonite culture, and the many small, family farms and rolling fields of corn and alfalfa make it the most beautiful places on earth in the summertime. Megan and Ethan got ready in the old farmhouse from the 1800’s, and the ceremony was down in their meadow with a beautiful view of the farm. The reception, held in a hay storage barn, was rustic and pretty, with old wooden tables filled with lush greenery and fruit, and a gorgeous hanging floral installation above the bridal table. Megan, a professional chef, made the classic white wedding cake herself. Megan and Ethan are sweet, sensitive, hardworking, and fun. Their wedding reflected who they are as a couple and was also a nod to Megan’s farm girl background and her heritage. vendors Photographer: Jessica Lapp Photography | Venue: Private Residence | Florals: Thistle Do Flower Co. | Dress: Irini’s Originals
