Are you a Pennsylvania Wedding Vendor? Do you work in the local wedding industry at a venue or for a wedding vendor? Then you want to be a part of our wedding community! As a member, you’ll join a network renowned for its dedication to the wedding industry, creativity, and personalized service.
Started in 2019, Pennsylvania Weddings has flourished from a wedding blog to the only statewide wedding magazine on newsstands. Selling in 75 stores across PA and Ohio.
Becoming a member of Pennsylvania Weddings offers a wealth of benefits that cater specifically to professionals in the wedding industry here in PA and surrounding areas. Members gain exclusive insider access to the latest trends, innovations, and developments within the local wedding scene. This access not only keeps vendors informed but also positions them at the forefront of industry.
Additionally, membership includes invitations to participate in surveys, providing valuable insights into market preferences, client expectations, and emerging trends. As well as opportunities to be featured on our blog, magazines and social media pages.
Moreover, members receive early notifications about new venue launches and wedding services. This early access allows vendors to establish partnerships, expand their service portfolios, and showcase their expertise in new and exciting settings.
How to join
Start by creating a Vendor Profile on our website. This profile is available to all vendors at no charge and activates your Membership Account so you can have access to all the of the benefits listed above. Vendors will need to create an account to be featured on our website, magazine and social pages as of July 1, 2024. If you have been featured in the past but do not have a member account yet, you can create one below.
Vendor Profiles are not listings on our vendor guide but will provide you with a vendor profile on our website.
Advertising Plans | Join our vendor guide
If you would like to advertise your business on our vendor guide, please pick a preferred listing plan below and follow the instructions to create your account. All listings come with:
- Reviews
- Page Views
- Private Dashboard
- Inquiry inbox
- Save to wishlist/favorites for couples
Spotlight/Premium Listings: This listing comes with a Premium Vendor label and shows up first on all vendor guides and search results. Up to 20 location and 2 service categories are included.
Featured Listings: This listing comes with a Featured label and shows up secondary on all vendor guides and search results. Up to 10 location and 2 service categories are included.
Requirements: All Vendors (excluding venues) must have a minimum of TWO years in business in the wedding industry as a vendor to advertise with Pennsylvania Weddings. We are an LGTBQ+ friendly platform. This means that you’ll need to serve everyone in order to be featured or become a member/advertise.
We offer monthly payments via Honeybook by request or annual payments via Stripe.
Any magazine advertising requests will require additional details and are separate from vendor guide listings.

Featured Vendor Guide Listing
$$120/year
Vendors will receive 1 Featured listing on our vendor guide with a "Featured" vendor label. Featured listings show in our vendor guide and searches secondary to Premium listings. Featured listings are a great middle ground for vendors.
Your listing activation will allow you to enter 1 location and 1 service category. Once we have your listing confirmed, we will reach out to add your additional locations and additional service category (if using). Location categories mean that your listing will pull up under any search within that location. If you use all 10 locations, your listing will pull up under all 10. The same follows for service categories. For example, you’re a photo/video team so your listing will pull up under both photography and videography categories.
Vendors can manage their listings via a private dashboard. Here you can update your listing(s), photos and important information about your business. As well as read reviews and answer inquiry messages.
All paid listings allow for couples to leave reviews directly on your listing. Reviews are submitted to Pennsylvania Weddings first for review before being published. You can manage/reply to reviews directly from your vendor dashboard. Couples will also be able to add your listing directly to their own dashboards into a wishlist of vendors they want to work with and favorite your listing. Only couples who make an account on Pennsylvania Weddings have access to leave reviews and use the wishlist/favorite features.
We will send out an email monthly for vendors to submit photos or videos for us to share on our pages.
Membership to Pennsylvania Weddings includes access to our private + hidden facebook group just for vendors, inclusions in blog posts, content calls and first dibs on advertising. As well as the first to learn about new happenings within the wedding industry and our annual surveys. There is no additional fee for a membership at this time. Memberships are activated once you create your dashboard login and vendor profile page.
Premium Vendor Guide Listing
$216.00/year
Vendors will receive 1 Premium listing on our vendor guide with a "Premium" vendor label. Premium listings are the top listings on all guides and search results.
