From the photographer: “You know what I just love? I love when a couple suggests a location for their engagement session that has a special meaning to them. Jordan and Mike met at Lehigh University while he was her RA freshman year, so it was only appropriate that we planned their engagement session back at the place where their love story began!
From the start of their Lehigh University engagement session, Jordan and Mike were incredibly laid back and just so joyful! They are the kind of people where you just feel at ease and can totally just be yourself around.
It was incredibly hot (temperatures in the 90s!) and they were just such great sports about it. They had no problem getting cozy with one another despite the heat!
We took our time meandering through campus, exploring the beautiful walkways, stone buildings, and architecture that Lehigh University has to offer. This time during the engagement session with my couples is so special and important because it’s our time to really get to know one another before their wedding day. So often, I find myself really connecting with my couples during this time, which ultimately results in some really amazing and lasting friendships!
One of my favorite memories from Jordan and Mike’s engagement session was when they shared that Mike chose Jordan’s floral dress—how cute is that!? This is just one little part of what makes them so wonderful and sweet together.
After the sun had fallen, we decided to get a reprieve from the heat to share some ice cream at The Cup on campus. It was a sweet way to end the perfect night.”
